Product Description

Q1: Do you offer customized product ?
A: Yes, we can develop new mold at your need if you can provide us with the samples or drawings and specification.

Q2: Are you a factory ?
A: Yes, we are the professional manufacturer of connectors and precision mold since 2001.

Q3: How long is the delivery time ?
A: We ensure the fast delivery. Generally, it will take 2-5 days for small order or the stock goods; 10 to 15 days for mass production after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q4: How about the payment terms ?
A: We usually require T/T in advance. If the amount is more than USD 5000, we can do 30% T/T deposit, 70% T/T deposit before shipment and balance against shipment. If your monthly orders are exceeding USD5000 for three consecutive months, we can apply for extended payment terms.

Q5: How about the certificates ?
A: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, CE, CQC, UL, RoHs, REACH etc.

Q6: How about the samples ?
A: Free samples. You need to pay for carriage cost. Please contact us for details.
